非常差的体验，没有之一。首先我们定了两间悠园泳池别墅，办理入住的时候被告知只有一间可以入住，另外一间还没有收拾好需要等二十分钟，结果我们足足等了一个多小时，再三催促，才将房卡送来。这才刚刚是悲剧的开始。这间后来的房间先是电视不好用，维修人员也没有按门铃直接进去房间，把我朋友吓了一跳，后来又陆续来维修插座，等等，这些问题为什么不在客人入住之前九解决？！晚上回到酒店又发现房间空调不好用，沟通多次，酒店坚持空调好用，多次证明发现空调确实是坏了，已经是凌晨两点，又带着行李换房，几乎一宿没睡。非常气愤！换到新房后，发现插座依然不好用，打电话给维修人员，上门维修态度极差，修完了一句话也没说就走了……很无语……好不容易到了早上，七点钟不到就有人按门铃，说是要打扫房间卫生，有没有搞错！我还在睡觉……不得不吐槽早餐，早餐真是醉了low爆了好吗……还不如旁边的DT希尔顿，品种超级少，而且人超级多。在房间叫车，除了退房的时候来的超级快，其他时间超级慢。这么多年，住过国内很多酒店，北京康莱德也住过，相差甚远。还是第一次写如此多字的网评，可见入住体验有多差，反正以后不会再选择三亚康莱德了。
