首先来到酒店第一感觉完全没有星级酒店该有的服务和态度！到酒店门口后一个迎接和服务人员都没有，自己摸索着进大堂找前台办理入住！ 其次，酒店房间卫生很脏，沙发上全部是烟灰，浴巾上不干净！ 最最重要的一点是Wi-Fi的速度简直慢到崩溃！ 最后一点，海棠湾的海是只能看看不能下水的！ 当然这跟地理位置海浪大的原因有关. 不过想来下海玩的，就别来海棠湾了. 酒店附近没有吃饭的地方，也没有其他娱乐的地方！

本人住的悠园单卧，环境服务真的很棒，电瓶车随叫随到，泳池在海边，犹豫都是别墅所以房间看不到海，因为有树挡住了，不过有电瓶车送你去海边，很好的服务，早餐特别好，品种多服务好，下次再去就直接去这了
