不推荐的主要原因是艺龙作为代理方，承诺的价格最低与事实相差过大，我是去年12月中旬通过艺龙代订的皇家俱乐部海景房，按当时网络报价7639元每晚下的订单并付清全款，正好中旬时加订房，发现价格下调为每晚5280元，立即与客服联系，答复为离店后退回差额款到原账户，实际上到春节后初十都没有退返，于是我再次与客服联系，这次我通过投诉环节沟通的，客服态度一如继往的好，说退款不是问题不用担心，并且下午会电话与我，一直都没有下文，也没退款，真是不可信哦

这么贵的酒店人多的和菜市场似的，好在体验不错，两天去了两趟水世界，孩子玩的开心，大人自然也觉得值，有免费下午茶，甜点沙拉水果软饮随便吃，不过要安排好时间，早餐只能说还好，十岁和四岁，两大两小早餐都包含。

体验并不想七星级的酒店，房间内的用品简陋，迷你吧准备欠缺。以后也不会花这价钱来这里了，总体体验感真的一般。而且因为房间没有收拾出来在大厅等了一个多小时，下午四点多才入住。

酒店房间很大，设施完善，服务态度很好，酒店大堂超级气派，站在阳台就能俯瞰亚特兰蒂斯和海棠湾！酒店可以无限次畅玩水世界和海底世界，还有免费的下午茶，这里要特别提醒一下，下午茶特别好！下次有机会还带孩子去欧！
