冲着7星级去的！人太多太多！国内海岛游伤不起...酒店现处于试营业状态，看起硬件设施还不错吧，但是软件服务根本无法跟上（和一般的五星级都差很远）酒店大堂就像菜市场...人多，人吵，没有一点舒适的感觉

花了两千多住了一晚上，订的海景房，阳台只能看到一半海景！酒店设施，房间环境没有想象中的好！总体感觉性价比不高！

酒店位置还可以，就是周围的环境不好，说好的看海，结果正对面是一票的施工现场（不太满意的地方1）不知道是酒店对面的装修飘来的味道还是酒店房间内就残留的装修味道呢？(不太满意的地方2)，那个大鱼缸正面看倒是挺气派的，进入后根本就是一城乡结合部才能见到的鱼缸养殖法！(差强人意);最后一个问题就是水上世界，只能哼哼了，冲浪区回来全家脚底变成蓝色还洗不掉，穿去的拖鞋被人穿走了！儿童乐园水冷，小朋友受不了！！好的方面呢就是酒店服务人员态度非常好，早餐丰富！
