说真的，这个皇冠假日给我的印象真的太差了，到了酒店门口服务生根本不会帮你提下行李，泳池服务员态度超级差，房间里面设施也很老旧了.之前住的海棠湾的仁恒皇冠假日和这个皇冠假日我觉得真的是天差之别.建议大家住三亚湾选择其他五星.唯一态度好的就是前台接待！

说真的，酒店位置非常偏僻，开车去繁华一点的市区都要20多分钟，酒店设施有些陈旧，公共区域没有空调，附近也没有什么吃饭的地方，而且吃自助餐的地方服务很影响心情，其他都可以忽略，五星级的酒店没有达到五星级的服务。

到三亚的飞机稍晚，前台很贴心的直接帮我免费升级行政海景房快速入住，入住感觉非常棒，之前看过不少评论，那些差评过于吹毛求疵了，房间设施维护的还是不错的，晚上泡在阳台浴缸里听海浪声是休假不错的体验，下次来三亚还是会考虑这家酒店
