同是皇冠假日，风格上更喜欢亚龙湾皇冠假日，服务上客房服务一如既往的非常棒，卫生也是很好。早餐西点味道很不错！
前台服务体验很不好，这是在过往皇冠假日酒店入住经历中没有遇到过的，前台男主管营销意识大于服务意识，对于客户遇到艺龙和酒店确认订房未标注大床房的问题，反应冷漠，一直强调是通过中间商订房，事不关己的模样，更没有主动帮助解决问题的意愿。可能他并不明白客人服务体验要的是什么，当服务没有了温度，那还剩下什么。

距离天涯海角景区很近，但性价比不高，定的皇冠套房但阳台海景让我大失所望，房间的欧式装修也已经非常过时，早餐不够丰富，不值1200多一晚这个价。
