酒店已老，设施陈旧。阳台栏杆，床边等处都已破烂，对不起皇冠这个级别。
浴室龙头这些硬件还算不错，包括床垫和枕头都是乳胶的。
早餐比较混乱。

服务很好👍，清理房间的服务员始终笑容满面，暖暖的。自助早餐时间很长，睡到自然醒再去吃都🆗。离海边很近，沙子很细，踩上去软软的，舒服极了！海景房风光很好，可以看到西岛，美极了！下次还会选择入住！

去年来度假就是皇冠假日酒店，今年一如既往的选择。 昨天到酒店，前台梁月兰说话好甜，服务简直满分💯！免费升级了至尊海景房，很感谢很开心！一年来一次就是图开心顺心。 再次谢谢梁美女。 本来不住的，今天又续住了！
