住了那么酒店。。这个酒店让我有眼前一亮的感觉。。位子离市区确实偏了点。。硬件设施都还不错。但是出去在楼道里面碰见过几次服务员都没有主动问好。。我朝他们笑笑他们却很莫名其妙来不及回应。。几个都没有出现同样的问题。。这就是酒店的问题不是人的问题了。。让我觉得这个酒店很不温暖。。

我住的是行政海景房，房间很大，很舒服，还有迷你水吧！酒店早餐是自助餐，品种很多，很好👍很喜欢。位置离一些景点很近，尤其是天涯海角，南山寺，大小洞天。酒店礼宾部服务很好，尤其是礼宾部经理李涛人很热情，服务很周到，很贴心，下次来海南还住皇冠假日度假酒店。
