酒店服务很到位，还有泳池和一些游玩设施，来这趟碰巧疫情，就在酒店游玩了，房间都是面向碧海蓝天，泡澡面对大海视野非常舒服，下午茶是送的，小蛋糕很美味，还有酒店的中餐厅，一个字绝，作为地道的广东，都说广东人嘴很雕，彩色很美味，我太喜欢了，然后生日当天还会给送蛋糕，可惜我赶下一趟，只能退了。然后客服小吕非常热情，我们需要换房需要出去核酸呀，都是小吕安排的，人生地不熟遇到问题，都有万能客服小吕解决，倍儿棒！

本人万豪钛金，希尔顿钻石，香格里拉钻石。之前一直没玩IHG集团的酒店，没想到头一次入住三亚湾皇冠假日竟然意外惊喜。首先前台的Carlson小哥服务热情周到，比三亚万豪旗下的强太多太多了。位置非常棒，海景比山海天的漂亮。非常适合度假休闲。因疫情很多设施关闭没有体验，下次再来的时候我得以至悦的身份入住了。顺便说一下，1层大堂吧里的冰棍价格比其他酒店便宜！

前台的小哥哥Justin服务非常好
办理入住全程都会安排的很妥当
顾客有任何要求都会尽量的满足
酒店很安静，尤其疫情期间没啥人，可以更好的休息
早餐也很丰盛，酸奶特别好喝
还有欢迎水果和饮品，各种小细节都感觉很舒服
因为Justin的服务很好，我愿意选择再续住几天
