一直喜欢皇冠的品牌，基本出行到哪里有皇冠必住。服务人员热情周到，看见带着小孩就升级到至尊海景房主动帮忙提行李，刷门卡，笑脸相迎，每一个细节都很到位。皇冠，放心和品质的体现，棒极了👍

以前没有住过所谓“花园房”不知情定了两晚，也怪自己贪图便宜，没想到房间就是负一楼的房间，味道特别大，一股霉味，特别大的味道，进去了都叫前台让人来重新打扫了下才勉强入住，住进去的时候是晚上，玩了一天累了就洗洗睡了，没发现地上的垃圾，第二天早上起来发现地上还有之前的人用过的避孕套，天哪，由于过了一晚上，虽然拍照了，怕前台不认。就没有打电话给前台投诉。不过这种太恶心了，下次再也不会住这家酒店了，一生黑！还有新买的衣服也丢在酒店了，心烦！
