跟自己想象中的不一样，有些失望，明明看艺龙的介绍所选的房型楼层都是比较10几楼以上，所以才定的，结果到店入住的楼层却不符合，不知道是不是我们预付给艺龙的，前台服务不好，有些爱理不理的，早知道就选9号或泽洲际了，情愿贵点，也要让人住着舒心！

这次带着全家来三亚度假，入住海棠湾君悦酒店，定了145海景平米套房，前台小姑娘给升级到300平米海景套房，房间真的很棒，海景很不错，酒店内部绿植成荫，住在这里非常惬意，嘉宾轩食物和酒品质量非常高，服务水平和态度非常棒，让人很舒服。由于酒店主打亲子主题，店内很多设施都能让小朋友玩儿的开心，所以，在君悦住了6天5夜，老婆也很满意，称下次来海棠湾还住在这里，不说了，上图！

两点到店，告知房间没有打扫出来需要等一小时，三点再去，还需要等一小时，不能再等，免费升级了，酒店设施设备很完善，但对君悦级别来说，没有什么亮点
