非常不推荐的一家店，入住要下午4点，房间没人收拾，15楼服务员还不错，16楼的房间两天也没人打扫，中餐厅预订的5388元的年夜饭，都要出笑话了，贵且不说，上菜慢死了，预订5:30吃饭，6点半一个菜也没有上，邻桌现点的都吃上了，得出一个结论，千万不要预订，没用。

下午3点到酒店入住，排队办理入住体验非常差，跟其他入住的两家五星级酒店入住体验根本不在一个档次。我前面的人办理入住差不多用了将近十分钟。现场十分混乱，还有人在前台拍桌子骂娘。问一下房间打扫好了没有也得排队。退房的时候本来想跟前台人员确认一下快速退房是不是把卡直接放进快速退房箱子里。其他没有工作人员在，我就准备问一下前台，但是前台人员没等我说完很不耐烦的说了一句排队。后来准备出酒店的时候发现有瓶冷饮忘了在房间冰箱里了，考虑到贵酒店的沟通成本以及时间成本果断放弃。

订两间房、其中一间时间定错一天，不肯退、说合成一起升级一下也不行，就空一晚上，这段不满意，还有海景房就是照片有差别了一点、其它都很满意，环境房间都不错，带孩子来玩还是很不错

硬件设施较新，客房和餐饮服务总体不错，花园十分精致，环境非常干净，有恒温泳池，冬季来比较超值。临近68美食街有超市和药店生活比较便利。10楼的酒廊晚上8点才开，其实白天最好也可以开放，设计几款下午茶，吹海风看海景，肯定不错的。总体感觉很好有机会还会来的。
