酒店设施比较新，泳池不错，健身房很好，还有瑜伽房。海滩是公共的，可步行散步沙滩，但是不能下海，观日出最佳沙滩。就是吃早餐要排队，有点遗憾。

服务太差 服务员卫生打扫了一半床单没换不说一声就走了 后来打了电话三个小时后才来打扫 预定了房间问前台拿房卡 下午两点开始等到六点半还没送上来 结果自己再下午前台 居然说不知道 反正要服务打电话手机没用的 什么事都得自己跑过去

房间办理入住特别慢，我们带着孩子在酒店等了很久才住进去。停车位少，房间连牙膏也没有。入住的房间灯也是坏的。吃早饭排队排了很久，那么大的酒店早餐厅为什么不多开放几个？早餐种类也很少。服务效率特别低，我们上午11点半退房后，一直在公安系统没有给我们办理退房，以至于我们六点入住其他的酒店没有及时办理到入住！！！还是这边的服务生打电话提醒君悦酒店人员在公安系统上点已退房我们才顺利入住新酒店！！！！很差很差的体验，建议大家不用选择

完全沒有5星級的體驗，沒有5星級酒店應有的服務，吃早餐竟然要排隊20分鐘，排隊地方沒有空調，泳池設施更不值一提。跟東大海的同樣5星酒店，有很大的落差。
