海底餐厅自助餐，五星好评！海鲜非常新鲜，甜品蛋糕也保持水准！还有美人鱼表演时段，很愉快的用餐体验。VR体验馆也是娃们大爱！亲子活动还有其他就不一一例举了，服务非常好，由前台接待到每个部门的员工都是面带微笑，推荐！

酒店整体不错，有些小细节差一点，双床房床头柜离床较远不太方便，中间没有床头柜，不方便，没有夜灯，卫生间门设计不太好，开关不方便，房间内的开关设计也不太合理。

各方面都非常好，就是海景没有亚龙湾漂亮。酒店的室外游泳池也比较小。不过卫生和服务没话说，比一般的三亚五星级好很多很多，是真的五星级。
