免费升级海景套，坐拥无敌海景。房间不错，沐浴用品奢华品牌。各方面都显得精致。亲子活动也不错。虽然儿童乐园不算太大，东西也不算很多，但都很精致耐玩，如果小朋友能静下心来玩，绝对会忘记时间。提几点不足：绝大部分服务人员都比较热情敬业，但还是有一部份不会主动和客人打招呼；房间清扫工作有点马虎，只是简单收拾了一下床补充了消耗品，客人放得东西都不带收拾整齐的。走时什么样回来什么样。早餐总体还可以是比一些酒店要差一些，但还不至于像某些评论差到不能吃的地步。总体来说洲际还不错，但服务上可挖掘的空间很大很多。

真的是没得说，前台服务热情，酒店设施完备，小朋友玩的不亦乐乎，自助早餐菜品丰盛，适合不同地区人群口味，服务人员见面都会打招呼，非常好。房间都能看见大海，旁边就是免税店，中餐厅，自助餐都有，没什么可挑剔的！

中午11点到的酒店，前台五分钟左右给办好入住并升级了！环境不错，沙滩上略简陋。海棠湾禁止下海游泳。地下海底自助餐很好，吃着饭还可以看美人鱼表演。房间窗帘都是自动的，还有个露天浴缸。泳池很干净。入住的人不是很多，小朋友玩的略少。很多都是收费的。

房间全部是海景房，只是角度有差别。下午的时候，房间门口的走廊，那叫一个暴晒啊！海景很漂亮，只是海边没什么人。房间空调有待加强
