酒店前台的主管服务态度很好 有一个前台一直达拉个脸 好像谁欠她的 因为房间有问题 中间得换个房间 但是当时着急 想让酒店帮忙搬下行李 那个前台直接回复她们没有这项服务 后来还是那个前台主管帮忙协调的 这个酒店的星级评价跟实际不符 这个不是五星酒店 希望艺龙能实事求是标注 谢谢

在24号晚上19:00左右上班的AM非常专业，你真的会把一件事情在不改变大原则的前提下让客人满意，感谢你的帮助。 酒店环境 性价比都非常高 很实惠很便宜。国际联号的酒店是出行的必备。还会再来(^^)
