第一次这样认真点评酒店，说实在，三亚3天之行，万豪给我的印象非常深刻：1、第一次碰到酒店自助餐临时涨价、建议我们直接退款大众（这真的倒不是大众的错，大众上也没有标注元旦等特殊假日不能用），已经给住店客人优惠了云云，2、晚餐开始享用了，找不着筷子勺子碟子，现场混乱不堪、厨师说要大家理解，有一个年纪大的说了一句话实在：连我们这些不算难弄的客人都这种态度，忍受不了、你怎么做生意，3、酒店的入口导航都找不着，窝在富力湾一堆难看的房子里面，实在是有点委屈，4、最后在大堂吧发现昨晚自助餐厅服务员，说实在话，到我忽然觉得心里舒坦了、难道整个酒店餐饮都是外包了么？就这么几个人？5、唯一的是拿行李小哥的微笑和勤劳点赞！记万豪一次委屈之旅
