入住3天，最后一天入住时间不到2小时 而且房间也无打扫，没有提供订单上面的所谓的欢迎水果和红酒，且最后要求退房说花费3860元的一毛都不会退，退房后服务员也不帮拿行李！自家微信上的订房功能里的在线客服无法使用

本人开三间房，住四天，住到第二天真是受不了，要求退房、不给退，艺龙应是不给退，酒店评分这么高、都是自个刷来的，怎么就评上五星级，隔音差，一个水坑评论成湖，环境差，都不知道怎么评五星级，都是忽悠消费者，这是欺骗消费者，我一定要315投诉，这口气咽不下去，忽悠消费者还欺负人，
