带孩子来度假，酒店除设施，位置等硬件之外，最值得称赞的服务，由于带孩子到三亚小孩就感冒发烧，每天睡觉出汗把被褥都弄湿，负责打扫1716房间的阿姨每天帮我们换床单还帮我们把被子晒干，最贴心的是每天还在床上用浴巾给孩子折一个小玩偶。就冲这样的服务，下次再来三亚还要住迎宾馆。

豪华池景房靠近接待大厅噪音比较大，早上想睡个懒觉，结果早早的就被N波小朋友吵醒N次，后来柜台小哥哥帮我免费升级为至尊精选客房，感觉环境不错也很安静。

我感觉这边很好，你海边也很近，虽然不是那种一线海景房，但是要来回接送的车，然后去吃饭也很方便。跟家人一起来的度假了几天很开心？

虽然都是五星级的酒店，但是凭心而论，我们住的是池畔豪华套房，从前台入住到后来进住，都不是那么顺利，一开始说我们定的房间没有了，叫我们等，我说等多久，前台说不知道，态度非常野蛮，像我们做的不对了，交涉了很久，我说咱们不要吵，你请示一下上级，后来电话打了20多分钟，我也是醉了，我家老二都睡着了，气死我了，而且房间霉味大，墙壁很脏，细节做的太不够了！这个酒店新开没几年，能这个样子，是我没想到的，哎，住都住了，说点好的吧，适合孩子全家，池畔房直接能进入大泳池，小朋友玩的场所多
