1.服务态度好，所有人都是非常客气；2.预定的豪华大床房，但到前台时发现没有了，直接给升级成豪华海景房；3.早餐品种丰富，虽然没有北京的五星级好，但是也不错了。4.泳池非常大，水温也很好，不凉。5.私家沙滩都是酒店自己的，人少，但是海浪很大，不适合下海，没有三亚湾的海水干净。6.位置较偏僻，到机场70多公里。

小朋友有个水池有2部水上滑滑梯，很好玩。我们入住的时候(2014年9月24日前)还没最后装修完。溜进去滑了几次，很好玩。

游泳池很好，没什么人。小孩子很喜欢玩。九月底天气30度上下，水温合适，不感觉凉，温温的，正好。

池畔房，直接从阳台进入泳池，小孩子很喜欢很喜欢，也很浪漫。酒店服务很好，如果下次去三亚还住这里。

酒店设施很好，服务很好，泳池很多，入住体验很好。不好的地方就是距离市区比较远，推荐全家纯度假不去景点的入住。
