大堂接待挺热情，早餐也挺丰盛，就是房间有点霉味。另外，不推荐最便宜的房型，给的房间不会太好。

非常值得推荐的酒店，旁边没有开发，整个沙滩都是属于酒店的，设施有许多适合小朋友玩的，尤其是滑道，超爽的！儿子百玩不厌！还有童心俱乐部，里面玩具很多！房间很宽敞，绝对对得起五星级标准，打扫完房间还会写便条询问我们有没有其他要求，真正体验到贵宾待遇！就是用餐有点贵，附近没什么吃的，大约走十几分钟才有大排档，又担心不干净。洒店中餐口味不错，椰子饭是我儿子的最爱！早餐也非常丰盛，从早上六点半到十一点供应。

酒店工作人员很热情，见面都会主动问好，池畔房非常棒，虽然在一楼但一点也不觉得潮湿，早餐很丰富，星光泳池很梦幻。以后再来三亚还会来住！
