酒店位置不在热闹的市区，适宜度假，设施齐全。虽然海滩不能游泳，但酒店有五个泳池，满足我游泳需求。环境优美，绿水白云青草地，大堂、礼宾部、餐饮、客房服务都不错。早餐品种丰富，满足各种口味。离免税城十分钟车程，下次会再来！

房间还是有潮味，卫生间有臭味经处理改善，服务上总体可以但谈不上优秀，早餐品种一般，个人认为达不到度假5星酒店标准。但相对价格也便宜一点，无功无过。

酒店设施、服务都很好，前台办理入住，退房酒店服务人员业务非常熟练，节省住店客人时间，前台接待服务员郭伟服务周到，非常的贴心，让客人有种回家的感觉，这样的服务下次还会考虑入住的，五星好评🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

第一次入住海棠湾喜来登，喜欢这里的环境，本也不是旺季，私人沙滩人不多，沙子很好，水也很好，很舒服，很安静很喜欢，酒店也有小朋友的娱乐设施，泳池 也不错，小朋友玩的也高兴，酒店的海边餐厅环境很棒，有草坪有沙滩有大海，还有表演，一家人在这里吃饭很惬意很浪漫，宝宝也喜欢。酒店旁边不远步行可到海棠湾98号餐饮街，有超市，有海鲜，有餐食，顺便说一下这里的海鲜不错，个大饱满，不会买到死的，明码标价，加工也可以，就是服务员的态度有点冷漠不耐烦，但是后来推销产品倒是满脸笑容。总之这里是度假的好地方。
