本来定的是普通房间，来了后给升级到泳池套房，非常好的入住体验。服务很好，设施也很好，特别是酒店门口的几位小伙子，很热心的给我们指路，开电瓶车特意送我们到酒店靠近马路的门口，让我们尽量少走些路。入住当天即推荐给了我们的朋友，而且他们春节期间也会来御海棠住。我们此次也住了亚特兰蒂斯的套房，单纯比较酒店则完全不如御海棠

酒店环境很好，游泳池有好几个，带孩子住了两晚海景房，餐厅服务也不错，稍微不足的是房间设施没有高档星级酒店的感觉，儿童游乐园像是才弄的，味道很大，没让孩子去玩。总的来说还是可以，有自己的海滩玩着也挺爽。

网上订的喜来登酒店，给升级到了精选，普通园景房升到了带独立泳池的房间，70平米，整个酒店挺大，一楼有儿童乐园，孩子玩儿的挺开心～性价比挺高

酒店房间很惊艳，双床房那个房间基本是给孩子准备的，很适合亲子的一家人！酒店服务员很热情，度假酒店人不多，很惬意！很满意的一次入住！
