服务真心不怎么样，办事效率太低，设施环境还行，退完房落下充电器叫前台喊人送下来楼，从说已经下楼到一楼，送了快一个小时，，。爬也爬下来了吧，哈哈，真心服，。。。

前年来过一次，今年还是选择这里。没什么可挑剔的。设施完善服务热情。度假胜地。就是餐饮方面性价比差了一点。下午茶倒是挺便宜。下雨天的话室内娱乐设施和活动少了一点。
