酒店服务不好，三点钟到酒店竟然说没搞好卫生，非要加200块升级到豪华房才有房，感觉这就是个坑。入住和退房时候发现很多人都交了200块升级房型的。我反正没答应升级房型，我之前住过的酒店都是免费升级的。设施老旧，网络不好。唯一的亮的就是酒店的沙滩，还六点半就不让人下手了，说白了酒店想推卸责任，反正我不让你下水出了事就是自己的事。旁边的美高梅是七点半不让下水。反正整体性价比不高，不值得推荐。

位置好！但就是订房时恰逢博鳌论坛，前一天订不到房子，第二天却有低价房子！真气愤，我前一天还直接打电活问的前台说没有房子！害得我前两天在其它酒店住，没和父母往在一起，真不方便！
