早餐的时候发现一根头发，给服务员说了，竟然只是把头发拿走了，而不是把这一份调料更换，这是其一！
另外酒店大堂的游艇租赁酒店简直是骗人，不一样的图片，承诺的项目一个也没有办法玩！回来又是以后酒店大堂经理的处理也是非常的乏力！根本没有给到具体的处理方式，只是了解了情况！
一个国际性的五星酒店真是不应该出现上述的问题，不管是酒店内部还是酒店第三方承包商酒店应该本着对旅客负责人的想法严格审核；而不应该草率的承包出去！
这也是这次旅行的遗憾吧！

不愧是五星级豪华酒店，泳池 沙滩 阳光 总体来说还是很不错的，最有特色的应该是酒店的大草坪了，还有宽敞的大厅，不错的体验 非常适合过来享受的人群
