索菲特酒店房间很好，房间很豪华，搞卫生的外国小哥也很好。有很多外国频道。海景也很漂亮。下次还来住，希望能便宜些。

不错哦，酒店设施不错，海岸落差有点儿大，不过，我们还是捡了很多宝贝，孩子很喜欢，客服态度好！性价比不错，离免税店三站路

一年来过三次三亚，每次都住索菲特几天，再换家酒店住几天，目前来讲，还是觉得索菲特各方面条件都让人感觉比较舒适。对房间的床具以及用品，窗外海景环境，早餐等等都非常满意，泳池多且有恒温泳池。

酒店沙滩和无边泳池确实为酒店加分不少。办理入住的前台也礼貌温和。房间宽敞明亮，阳台晚上看夜景很合适。早上起来的早餐也丰富。比喜来登要好！
