已经订了房间，还没入住，打电话咨询一些儿童入住的相关问题，说到一半，告我等一下，然后把电话转接，等了两分钟再没有接听，这样对待咨询的客人非常过分！

索菲特就是位置稍微偏了点，但是这次是自驾去的，自己有车就感觉很方便，房间确实不算大，显拥挤了点，是我住过三亚的酒店房间比较小的一个酒店，儿童游乐园的游泳池水也不是是太干净，其他的都非常OK，早餐也相当丰富，是一次愉快的度假。

酒店非常好。我带孩子去玩订的泳池房，到了前台服务员给我升级成套房。服务和设施都很好！

还是不错的，每天两班去免税店的车。去的话要提前到前台预约人数。早餐看这东西多。但是其实🍞居多。没什么吃的。服务还是可以的。我们晚上在大厅休闲厅点了瓶酒。还要收取百分之五的服务费。

特别好的酒店，非常新，各种设施高大上，订的泳池房，是那种房间阳台直接连着大泳池的，不是房间自带一个小泳池的，感觉更喜欢连着大泳池的这种，游着痛快～早餐品种很丰富，泳池可以租大的充气船，100块一天。美中不足：1、酒店新开业，只有两个餐厅开放，可选择余地较小，但周边各种海鲜餐馆可以车接车送，很方便。2、主泳池水略混浊，建议加强清理。总体很满意

整理还可以，但是因为是新建的，景园的环境很一般，很多花和树，绿化都还没有想好，光秃秃，泳池也一般
