酒店就在海棠湾的海边上，适合度假旅游。房间特别好，设施好，阳台及卫生间都很大（有双洗手池），干净漂亮，电视好多外文台。最棒的就属酒店的游泳池草坪及海滩了，非常美 特别是可以在各种的躺椅上 对着海浪发呆一整天。酒店门口有到免税店的公交车。酒店早餐特别丰富（大爱），但是其它餐厅收费小贵。酒店中央有个小超市。

入住索菲特的几天真的是极致舒服的体验。check in时被选作当天幸运顾客，升级了豪华海景房。站在阳台上向外望去，景色好养眼，近处是郁郁葱葱的绿植和清澈的泳池，远望是无边的蔚蓝大海。酒店的服务用心至极，见到的每个服务人员都会友好打招呼。酒店的餐饮也都是超级大厨的水平，早餐不仅丰富，每一样食物都味道精美。海南明珠中餐厅，味道是真心好赞，太体现大厨的水准了。泰餐厅，冬阴功汤有一些过辣，对于我们这些不能吃辣的童鞋来说。行政酒廊的甜品和晚餐也精致极了。总之在酒店的几天住的好舒服。

真的很棒，很新，设施都比较好，住了两天就转去亚龙湾，去到亚龙湾，1000多的都没有这个好，
