海棠湾环境比较好，正好是淡季，人很少，入住体验极佳！前台的kira非常热情周到，介绍了所有儿童设施（与喜来登共享）、酒店的餐饮体验了采悦轩和下午茶，主要是方便，总体感受不错。
亲子度假主要是泡酒店，环境和服务是首要因素，这两点LC做的都很好，下次来还会选择～

每年都来泡酒店，整个海棠湾就觉得他家最有度假的感觉！矿泉水不限量，而且泳池吧可以免费提供冰柠檬水！
少一颗星是因为今年两次预约（网球场+餐厅）都给我没约上，整体感觉万豪收购交接过程有点乱！

早餐很丰盛，服务很好！给升级了房型！此次三亚之行唯一升级的！游泳池很大！游乐园很大！还有小丑叔叔给小朋友送礼物！特别好！有小火车！收费也不贵！有大草坪，离海近！总之很有度假的感觉！非常喜欢

第三次来三亚，远在了海棠湾。酒店很大，住的很舒服，服务很好，也有孩子玩的儿童乐园，离海边不远，值得再来住

御海棠贵有贵的道理，淡季去人少清静，非常奢侈的享受，超级大的房间，超级大的浴室，还可以与旁边喜来登共同泳池和儿童天地，大人孩子都很满意。
