房间很赞，位置也很方便，紧挨免税店。
服务不到位，大中午从海滩抱着大汗淋漓都快中暑的孩子回酒店，路遇酒店一女性驾驶空电瓶车呼啸而过，沟通无效，甩下一句去别墅区接客人扬长而去。
办理入住时，前台服务人员态度不佳，入住等了很久。

补差价入住了行政双居套房，在民生之家，环境很不错，有泳池，离海近，有下午茶，早餐也是独立的，贵宾服务管家Alice很细心、周到，总体满意。
