住过的最烂的五星级酒店了，连梳子都没有，应该是工作人员忘记提供了。手机充电器也没有，中间换房等了5个小时，真是醉了

酒店特色是泳池，超大泳池贯穿酒店整个园林，有特色也很美。海棠湾酒店沙滩风都大下不了水，但是人少精致不错爱拍照的人是福音。赶上房间不错刚好正对园景海景，洗手盆设计有些问题容易水流到地面上，其它都还好。早餐分中餐厅有类似粤式早茶但品种不多，西餐厅看似多些但很不精致，如果两个结合成一个还好些吧，尤其是在酒店西餐厅自助晚餐后看出很多早餐菜是昨晚剩的，自助晚餐微信358一位，海虾不错，甜品不错，其它很一般，餐厅环境到晚上人少还不错，也有草坪餐桌。沙滩餐厅没去。酒店中餐厅味道还是不错的，但是价格也不错，两人打了九折还九百多，除了一个银杏百合虾仁（手剥虾以为要自己剥的原来是虾仁！）不好吃，其它味道还都不错，距离免税店比之前习惯入住的洲际还近。
