首先，诚信这个问题是五星酒店的硬性条件吧，我们下午四点左右抵达酒店，艺龙之前还给我确认了一下。结果我们一行6成人2位80、90岁老人，一对一岁半龙凤胎I，前台说只有一个房，说另一个房在打扫，我就抱着孩子在房子等让大家先去吃饭，后来孩子醒了哭闹我也一遍遍催前台，到了晚上7点，另一个放才卡送来，我问送卡的服务员，他说是客人六点才退房！我的天啊，你和前台也说好啊，明明客人没退房你们既然接了订单就应该留好客房，我们时间不是时间吗？卡在手里没暖热，又来说要修灯泡？！！！我哄俩孩子三个小时，你们光是嘴上说的好听，但是就是在欺骗顾客！住了那么多地方的维斯汀，你们这家太让我失望了，这就是最后一次了。推荐大家去喜来登，我第二天退房在携程订的，真的服务超棒。天地良心我不是托！
