订了四间房、酒店环境设施都还不错，但员工业务水平太差，办理入住和退房花了太多时间，发票给我打错了3次，办个退房手续用了4、50分钟，急着赶飞机的我简直崩溃……

是距离免税店最近的酒店，可以提前一天预约95折优惠券，酒店服务很好，唯一遗憾的是没有网红游泳圈了，没办法玩酒店自己的泳池滑道，早餐也不错，人比较多，早餐要排队等一会儿，整体位置很棒！

这是一次完美的入住，第一天入住和最后一天退房都是前台工作人员黄寒蝶给办理的速度很快没有多等就办理好了，餐厅的工作人员很细心，每天早上带孩子去吃早餐都会主动上前询问是否需要宝宝餐椅，酒店早餐样式丰富，孩子很喜欢吃，尤其是热牛奶和麦片，另外快捷服务中心的工作人员效率很高，每次打完电话要东西五分钟内就会有工作人员给送过来，特赞👍，这次入住很不错，下次来三亚还会选择民生酒店。
