如果让我再次在三亚海棠湾选择一家酒店入住的话，我一定还会选择开维万达文华，在海棠湾的核心位置有自己的沙滩，有一个泳池组合，0.3米的特别适合2岁内的宝宝。
酒店有往返凤凰机场和免税店的大巴非常方便，有半露天的儿童俱乐部，而且人不是很多，整个酒店房间很多分了好几个楼，但泳池和沙滩上人都不多，所有的服务人员都很专业，早餐品种也很多，房间超级大，凉台上有沙发和圆形的浴缸，还可以申请婴儿车和沙滩玩具等。
特别感谢礼宾部薛经理和小苏同学给予了我们一家很多帮助，明年我还会去的，期待再相见！

酒店园林维护差，各处路牌指示不清。餐饮和配套水平更差。前台餐厅没有服务意识。硬件设施不行，软件管理更查。这样的酒店还打着文华的旗号就真的不会关门吗？
