服务员服务质量不高，酒店用料挺讲究的，都是好材料，不过不适合年轻人，没有现代化科技感，如果是年长着可能比较合适，设施陈旧，酒店大堂到客房太远了

酒店非常大气！前台给免费升级了房间，小孩子特别喜欢，这个必须加分！尤其是走路去海边时要经过一个巨大的草坪和沙滩相连，视觉上比较震撼！偌大的海滩上仅有几家前来度假的游客，应该都是酒店的客人，相比亚龙湾的热闹非凡，这里可算是异常清静，可以尽情追逐海浪，也可以躺在沙滩上远眺对岸的蜈支洲。回去的时候发现沙滩边上的草坪上建有一处冲洗海砂的露天淋浴，而且还是温水，这也太贴心了，必须再加分！
