酒店虽然不新，但设施还是可以的，服务也不错，就是海棠湾这里还没完全成熟，出行基本打车，吃饭基本外卖，沙滩是人不多很不错，就是没躺椅这类设施不太方便。酒店的菜单还是略贵的，自助餐除外。早饭品种挺多，但不怎么翻花样略单调。有免费接送机这点不错。总体还是满意这次入住的！

这个酒店最初是凯宾斯基酒店，2013年的时候来古典、大气、食材精致，国际五星服务水平；现在叫万达文华，这次来提前20天订的酒店，价格在1000多一晚，10月1日当天再差价格同等房型就700多了，不知道是elong坑爹还是酒店坑爹。烧烤自助晚餐是我在三亚所以五星酒店最差的，食材、氛围、味道都不在线，惟一在80分的是服务还算好。房间有发霉的味道，很多地方在装修不开放，除了泳池也没有看到小孩子可以娱乐的地方，真的可惜了，我想我应该再也不会来了。

住的入住，设施齐全，海滩很棒，还有救生员一名。海对面就是蜈支洲岛。傍晚海滩非常美，人也不多。早餐不错，各种口味都有。

酒店在海棠湾来说算是性价比较高的，环境不错，我们入住的时间是8月底9月初，人不是太多。酒店外面就是海滩，这边沙滩人很少，挺舒服的，但是晚上就有点太寂静了，也没有灯光，跟对面蜈支洲岛形成对比。服务员很热情态度也好，本来安排的房间在中间的4栋，想靠海更近些，告诉服务员后帮我们直接调到了最外面的6栋。住了三天，总体感觉挺好的。
