初到海南，而且是一个人到岛上居住，本来还有些担心的。来到酒店，大堂副理唐仕容唐姐亲自接待了我，唐姐非常阳光热情，服务很周到，考虑周全，感觉唐姐的管理能力和沟通能力非常强👍，也没有领导架子，很亲切，让我对酒店的印象大大提升。她很非常详细的给我介绍了岛上的游玩事项，打消了我的所有顾虑，考虑到我一个人，她还送了水果，升级了房间。还有负责沙滩躺椅的刘陆川小伙子，很负责，很热情。岛上美景多多，人也非常好，住了一晚真心不够啊我,下次抽时间再来。全五星好评！谢谢唐姐，谢谢小刘！

珊瑚酒店不是星级酒店，说实在话，如果不是因为在蜈支洲岛只有这个酒店我是肯定不会入住的。环境一般，设施和服务都很一般，而且食材也不新鲜，送来得水果都有股怪味了，总之很不满意！

设施和环境不错，但是这池畔房蚊子不是一般的多，房间里驱蚊的设施也不管用，这点是这次住的最不好的地方

酒店环境很好，全程VIP通道上下岛，酒店有服务生帮忙下行李，房间很大，带一个泳池 礼宾员 黄乐小伙服务周到，热情，讲解细致，很好的小伙，为他点赞！
