酒店环境很好，入住的是池畔房，房间宽敞，离公共泳池也很近，每天还送时令水果。楼层服务员冯冬香和苏如玉，还有珊瑚吧陈小清雅和梁应基，他们的服务都很周到热情！离开前还送了小礼物，非常非常满意！

蜈支洲岛是海南游的最后一站，不尽如人意中却带着惊喜。首先是坐船被要求要买船票，之前预定酒店的时候还以为是免船票的。其次是小孩没有准备学生证被要求买全票。最后是被告知两间房有一间房还没有打扫！我是两点四十办的入住。后来打电话给总台，总台给重新安排了亲子房，总体上属于失望带着惊喜！
