首先说一下，我住10楼榛艳套房并不是能看见整个黄浦江和东方明珠的景色，只是能看见东方明珠的尖尖的上头。前台服务人员很好，我换了房间，存了行李，甚至12点退房，12点才睡醒，急急忙忙收拾好下去，也没有加收我们费用。设施不错。认真的，挺满意的，值得推荐。地理位置，个人觉得，不是很好，不如人民广场那里方便。

老住此家酒店啦，总体不错。但今天遇见一个奇葩楼层服务员，一开口就这责问我为何坐员工电梯上来。关键电梯上没有任何标示为员工电梯嘛？客人不可以乘坐？？？
