服务各方面都非常棒，还帮我们铺了鲜花床，很有心意，唯独设施给了四分的原因是，房间隔音很差，我们是当婚房用，办完喜宴几个朋友回宾馆聊聊天，声音并不算大，我们没有闹新房，只是聊天，聊的兴起笑声可能大了一些，隔壁的客人向前台投诉了我们，这点不是很愉快，之后朋友走了以后我们在房间里一样可以清楚听到走廊里其他客人的说话声，希望有待改进，总体很不错，谢谢

来上海经常住的酒店，离外滩也很近，酒店设施也很不错，服务员也很亲切！酒店餐厅的套餐味道也还可以！下次还会选择这家酒店！

地段不错，离外滩很近，房间设计也有特色。只是软性服务，比如酒店里的餐饮配套设施，人员待客流程等还有很大改善空间。

位置好，距离外滩不到10分钟路；设施一般，布局有自己的特点，房间较大；服务基本的都差不多吧，卫生合格。价格略显小贵，看自己的荷包决定吧。
