很好的酒店，优质的服务，过很多奖的老牌五星！这才是真正的五星酒店！相比前两天入住的上海大酒店天壤之别！各方面都好多了！
九江路上那家其实和王宝和酒店是一家的，看到网上有些游客上当了！遇上无良商家或黑店，12345市民热线24小时投诉！23111111上海市人大办热线也可以投诉！消协根本就没有执法力！

酒店地理环境不错！但酒店经久失修！设备太老了，洗个澡水根本下不下去，都没了脚踝了，要站在脏水里洗澡！空调也很老，开关在不知名的地方，不知道什么时候就会不小心把它关掉；还有停车要另外收费，24小时72元但不累计计算，如果晚上停到早上就72了，出去逛一圈回来，重新计费！餐厅东西不怎么样，但员工会非常及时在10点收掉所有东西！

工作十年住过的同等价位酒店中最差的没有之一，甚至不如很多价位在400左右的，设施老旧，隔壁房间用水在自己房间都能听到轰鸣声，吃早餐报完房号进去，吃完出来还要再确认一遍还要签字，难道没有联网系统看到相应的房间号是否含早餐么，让人非常不舒服
