Amazing experience at the Shanghai Edition, very sleek and modern design, my room had an amazing view of the Bund from the wide windows, the service was excellent and Yona was really helpful and kind to answer quickly on wechat to many requests.
The restaurant and the rooftop bar are also exquisite, highly recommend for your stay in Shanghai.

外滩同等级性价比超高的低奢风酒店。估计因为比较新偏小众不是很多人。昏暗艺术风装潢（i人狂喜）私人管家Edric服务很棒，超贴心人也帅，屋里有免费零食给大馋丫头们 没毛病

This was absolutely one of our best stay we have had. Introducing us to our room was Iris and in our opinion, had went above our expectations when she provided us assistance whenever we need.
It was also lovely and nice gesture when Iris and the team arranged a little surprise for us when they were informed that we would be commemorating our special occasion here.
The gym was well maintained with sufficient equipment catering to our needs.
The ROOF had great view but we were feeling too cold, luckily they have another indoor bar.
Breakfast was exceptional and only regret was we can’t eat more to try out the other food that they serve.

酒店服务很好，职员耐心有礼，环境新净，地理位置方便，附近有逛街的地方和餐厅。

这次回上海又来入住上海艾迪逊了，房间还是一如既往的乾净舒服，每次过去感受都还是很好的，给前台Raymond点个赞，每次预约过去对接他都很放心，服务啊接待都安排的很好也很贴心。

位于底楼餐厅，半自助半零点。现场制作部分，西式丰富且精致，中式则有浓郁上海本地特色，譬如锅贴、小笼、鲜肉餈毛团、油条、豆浆、牛肉粉丝汤等。空间环境幽雅，玻璃窗窗是南京路，大隐隐于市之感觉。

和家里人一起过生日来的。整体服务和环境都非常好！有免费的代客泊车服务。每位工作人员都非常友善耐心。管家Zora有求必应，会提前沟通情况。生日会送小蛋糕和生日布置，还帮忙延迟退房。定的套餐包含晚餐和早餐，餐品也都非常棒！露台风景也很棒！
首轮迷你吧免费，还会赠送lelabo小样和帆布袋

地理位置优越。从办理入住开始体验就特别好，服务太棒了，非常贴心。一楼大堂和27楼餐厅下午茶很漂亮。退房后出了点小问题，得到了很迅速满意的解决。感谢Zora的贴心照顾。下次还会选择上海艾迪逊。

入住体验参差，暖心员工拉回些许好感
上午十一点半到店办理入住，负责接待的前台女员工业务十分生疏，操作反覆拖沓，神情间还隐隐透露出对东北人的轻视，刚到店的好心情瞬间跌到谷底。
以往通过闲鱼预订这家酒店，办好入住后礼宾都会主动拎着行李送我到房间，这次却直接把行李交给我就让我自行上楼。好在进电梯时，关系部的小姐姐及时追来，不仅给孩子送上伴手礼，还一路陪同送到房间，这波补救还算暖心。
整个入住办理耗时将近二十分钟，全程只有关系部小姐姐主动提及要给孩子准备小童用品，前台女员工始终满脸不耐烦。必须夸一夸前台小哥，到店后直接给我办理了入住，没让我等到下午三点，即便旁边的前台女员工出声质疑，他也没予理会。
最后离店拖行李去停车场时，酒店礼宾人员全程视而不见，反而是车场小哥快步跑来，主动接过了我的行李。（车场小哥照片附后，真心感动）
酒店服务本应是一体的，希望能加强对前台、礼宾等一线岗位员工的培训，别让少数员工的糟糕表现，辜负了其他暖心员工的付出。
