大大的差评送给你，4000一晚的房间，要3点才能入住，办手续以后等推车等了很久，退房更加无力吐槽，退个房退了半个小时，你们的时间宝贵，我们的时间就不值钱吗？退房退半个小时也是厉害，推车等了超级久，这么贵的酒店还一点效率都没有，不知道怎么管理的

万豪旗下奢华品牌艾迪逊，按道理来说应该处处为宾客呈现独一无二的服务。可是这家酒店不知道是不是因为地处人流密集的南京西路客流量大的原因，整个入住过程几乎没有什么服务。
#客房# 根本没必要分那么多房型，大多数根本看不到景色，订着近4000的外滩景观大床房，却只能从一小部分侧面窗看到，性价比极低。不如直接住外滩边酒店或者加些钱去住宝格丽好了。

地段不说了，酒店风格很时尚，整体也很新。服务来说我认为非常到位，入住之后晚上也会送一份小甜点并附上手写的欢迎卡，诚意满满的感觉。餐饮来说还可以，不过这个价位，我觉得附近的选择可能更多一些。

二千八百多一晚住这样的酒店，性价比低得不知如何是好，应该以后不会再住了，房间不好，洗手间间隔不好用，档次真心不高，周边的和平饭店，半岛，W酒店，华尔道夫等，任何一家都比这家好得多，价格还没有那么高，不值不值，楼下西餐味道也一般，走道灯光还很暗，顶层吧，看照片好，实地只有一点点大，一句话，这个价钱不值得再住。
