传说中的五星级，房间插头一个也用不了，浴巾架也是坏的，怕掉下来砸到人，让服务员过来看看，也只是推给维修人员，完全没有五星级的服务！只能说大堂看着大气，其他都不怎么的！

虽然是老装修，但维护真的不错，不显老旧！卫生间很大，功能分区很合理，不会感到局促。洗护用品不糊弄，质量很好！卫生打扫干净，家具沙发有待更换！选的房间很安静，睡的不错，酒店服务人员态度客气！酒店离地铁站200米，后面就是南京路步行街，位置优越！唯一需要吐槽的就是，酒店早餐，真如网友评价，品种有点少，住了四天，基本没换！不过咖啡可以👍

非常好的五星级酒店，地理位置非常棒！离2号地铁入口50米远，与南京路步行街仅一栋楼之隔，购物出行吃饭非常方便，到外滩也很近，到豫园，人民广场等等都近。酒店里非常安静，房间卫生非常好，健身房和游泳池免费开放。酒店大堂好大好气派。酒店空调非常舒服。手机微信上提前订的豪华商务双床房，900一晚。房间里面很宽大，特别值得一提的是单人床有1.35米宽，外滩区域大多数酒店的床1.1米～1.2米。下次如果和家人自费来上海玩，一定住这里！
