服务特别差劲。服务员简单客人不打招呼。上午到酒店没有房。等了三个小时，太累了刚睡着，服务员敲门说送什么大礼包，然后说睡觉呢。过了一会前台又打电话。我就不知道你们推销什么没完没了的。
从前台到餐厅服务差，没有微笑，早餐差。

酒店位置很优秀，打车坐地铁都非常方便，走几步就直接进南京路步行街，可以步行去外滩，闹中取静。
办理入住还蛮快的，退房的时候等得久了点。因为电梯需要刷卡，所以如果订多间房又不同层的话串门比较费劲。
房间很大，床也蛮舒服的，开床会送巧克力~配套设施很全，空调棒，wifi还可以，淋浴水量很大，洗手间是两个洗手盆不会打架哈哈。
整体不错，不比2000的酒店差，下次有机会还会入住。

位置很赞，房间也不错，就是服务一直很差，没有人情味，服务人员大都臭着脸，像欠他一百万！14点前到坚决不能入住，退房绝对不能过12点，很严肃，语气都像警察，又横又冷！绝对是特色，很少见这么差的服务和企业文化！牛掰

酒店在九江路上，位置极好，距离步行街外滩各景点都很近，出门吃东西很方便。房间窗外就是步行街，夜景不错，虽然酒店有些年头，但硬件设施维护的很好，干净整洁，房间面积较大，床也很舒服，双床也比一般酒店大，茶水柜只有袋泡茶和咖啡粉，都比较一般，每天送两瓶雀巢矿泉水，电视遥控反应很迟缓。唯一不足的是前台服务员很态度冷淡，两个人要两张房卡还要被特别告知要小心保留，遗失需要付费，办入住全程给人的感觉像是在被审查，极为不舒服。
