方便出行，南京路上，就是早餐品种太少，前台办理退房的男服务员太差，到第二天打电话去酒店，接电话的这个男服务员马上就给我办好了，只用了一分钟时间。赞一个。才知道前一天这个办退房的服务员，根本没有取消我的预付款，是我近几年入住该酒店见到的最差的前台服务员，希望该酒店对该员工进行培训培训，希望今后不会有类似的事情发生。该酒店整体还是不错的，不要让一颗老鼠屎给酒店带来不好的影响。
