差评！一个五星级酒店，客户需求提供一个苹果手机充电器，遭到拒绝！原因是前期有客户借而不还。个人认为，借而不还是酒店管理问题！如果加收押金好好管理，可以杜绝，然而不提供便利服务，实在是没有以客户为本的服务宗旨。态度问题！另外，客观的说地理位置理想，卫生还不错，就是服务，太牛逼了！
