第二天大年初二上午有事，特意9点就退房，不料立体车库故障，车停在上层不能用，足足等了一个多小时，酒店对我们的损失也没说发，对酒店的这种服务态度很伤心

房价贵，可以理解，中心地段。但房内设施太旧了，入住时推拉门还倒了，玻璃都碎了，差点砸到我，因为一早5点赶飞机就没有理论这事了，对于一个五星级酒店真的不应该，哎……
