设施老旧，水龙头都很难拧开，洗澡喷头安装太低，虽然天棚顶有花洒，但很不方便。定的是维拉行政房，但体现不出这个层次的设施水平。餐厅服务很差，服务员爱理不理，事先预订的包厢，到达时服务员居然告诉说不接客，厨房没有菜。虽然后来主管过来协调安排，并免了服务费表示歉意，但一家老牌五星酒店这样的服务，确实应该认真改进。

酒店设施不错，地段很好，服务相对外资管理的酒店稍微差一点，性价比很高，缺点是餐饮做的不好，第一天晚上懒得出去吃饭，带孩子去了自助餐，实在是对不起五星酒店的标准，第三天准备再去找点餐看看，孩子坚决不去，呵呵。希望能改善一下。

地理位置超级好 走路3分钟就到淮海路了 吃吃逛逛超级棒 老牌酒店 设施算不错的了
